Tuesdays at 6:30am- Sunrise Yoga
60 Minute Class – Level 2 “You’ll Feel It – Medium Intensity”
Brandi will guide you through an energizing vinyasa practice to help you kick start your day. We will encourage circulation in the muscles, improve balance, and strengthen the body. Pranayama will be introduced to help you start your day with a clear mind.
Tuesdays at 5:30pm- Women’s Wellness Yoga
60 Minute Class – “Everyday Namaste – Low Intensity”
This yoga class empowers the feminine body with specific postures and flows by supporting optimal feminine health at every stage of a woman’s life. This includes supporting women through their natural cycles, fertile years, postpartum, post hysterectomy and menopause. These postures help to provide energy (shakti) and circulation to support the ever changing female hormones and female reproductive system.
One Saturday a Month 11:30am-1pm- Mom Wellness Workshop/Support Group
This monthly Mom Wellness Workshop/Support group is for soon to be moms and moms at any stage! This is a supportive, loving, non judgmental gathering that will discuss and navigate through different motherhood topics each month led by Brandi Mills, a Life | Fitness | Pre/Postnatal Wellness Coach. Brandi, being a mom herself, realizes how important support and self care is during this intense season of life. She has a passion for helping moms find their balance and connect to the Goddess Mom within us all.
Feel free to bring a snack or your favorite coffee to enjoy during this mom meet up!
*I encourage all moms to come alone to enjoy the adult time but I also support new moms so newborns are welcome and breastfeeding is supported.
*This will be a recorded event so you will have the replay, no worries though, only the presenters face will be shown and will be kept within the group.
$15 per person per class.
